We currently deliver across all major cities in Bangladesh.
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons (Eid, holidays, or promotional periods).
💰 Shipping Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳100 – ৳150 (depending on location)
- Outside Dhaka: ৳150 – ৳180
👉 Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
📍 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation
- Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next working day

We offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online Payment

For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Our team may contact you for confirmation
- Orders not confirmed may be automatically cancelled
❌ Failed Delivery / Reattempt
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery charge may apply
- Multiple failed attempts may lead to order cancellation

All ÉMOIRÉ products are carefully packaged to maintain quality and presentation during transit.

Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a confirmation message/call
- Tracking details will be shared
