At ÉMOIRÉ, we are committed to ensuring a refined experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Tester/sample products
- Gift items or promotional bundles
💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative
🔄 Exchange Policy
We only replace items if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
